Terms and Conditions

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By clicking “I AGREE” or “CLICK HERE TO ACKNOWLEDGE,” and/or by booking or participating in any tour or event organized by A Second Pour – California Wine Tours (“Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or participating in any tour, event, or experience organized by the Company, you (“Guest”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
The Company operates as a tour organizer and experience curator and is not a travel agency. The Company does not own or control wineries, restaurants, hotels, or transportation providers.
3. Tour Inclusions
Tour packages may include curated winery tastings, select meals, hosted group dinners, guided transportation between scheduled events, and tour coordination, as specified in your booking confirmation.
4. Exclusions
Unless expressly stated, the tour price does not include lodging, airfare, gratuities, wine purchases, travel insurance, personal expenses, or any meals or beverages not listed as included.
5. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date. Failure to pay timely may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
• 30+ days prior: 80% refund of total amount paid
• Less than 30 days: No refund
• No-shows: No refund
If the Company cancels for reasons within its control, Guests may receive a full refund or reschedule at Company discretion. Incidental expenses are not reimbursable.
7. Force Majeure
No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations due to events beyond Company control, including weather, wildfires, government orders, or pandemics. Credits or rescheduling may be offered at Company discretion.
8. Age, Alcohol & Conduct
All Guests must be 21+ with valid ID. The Company may refuse service or remove Guests for intoxication or misconduct without refund.
9. Health & Physical Requirements
Guests are responsible for determining their physical ability to participate. Participation is voluntary and at Guest’s own risk.
10. Transportation
Transportation is provided by licensed third-party operators. The Company is not responsible for delays or incidents involving transportation providers.
11. Itinerary Changes
The Company may substitute wineries or venues of comparable value. Such substitutions do not entitle Guests to refunds.
12. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage.
13. Limitation of Damages
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Guest. No consequential, emotional distress, or punitive damages shall be recoverable.
14. Independent Contractors
All third-party providers are independent contractors and not agents of the Company.
15. Photography & Media
Guests grant permission for use of photos or video for promotional purposes unless opted out in writing.
16. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The Company is not liable for loss or damage.
17. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by California law. Venue shall lie exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
18. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
19. Modifications
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
